Volunteers from Empresas Fonalledas and its affiliates support the work of the Banco de Alimentos de Puerto Rico
San Juan, Puerto Rico, March 23, 2026 – Last Saturday, March 21, a group of employees from Empresas Fonalledas and several of its affiliates proudly joined a volunteer initiative in support of the Banco de Alimentos de Puerto Rico, a nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating hunger, improving nutrition, and enhancing the quality of life of the most vulnerable populations across the Island.
A total of 45 employees from Empresas Fonalledas, Vaquería Tres Monjitas, Plaza Del Caribe, and Plaza Las Américas participated in this four-hour service effort. United by a shared purpose, they put into action core values such as teamwork, proactivity, results orientation, social responsibility, and continuous improvement.
As a result of this initiative, more than 2,600 food boxes were prepared for distribution in vulnerable communities, demonstrating that when we work together, we can generate meaningful impact.
We are proud to continue promoting initiatives that reflect our commitment and our genuine desire to serve Puerto Rico.
