Empresas Fonalledas, Inc. and Plaza Las Americas joined the annual United Way of Puerto Rico Regala un Día event. On Saturday, August 24, more than thirty employees from both organizations joined together to provide volunteer painting and cleaning services at the Boys and Girls Club of Las Margaritas. We thank all those who collaborated during this day for their community commitment and for modeling, by example, our corporate value of Social Responsibility.
Regala un Día® is aimed at promoting volunteerism and creating social awareness of the needs in our community. This activity gives our investors the opportunity to get to know the organizations affiliated with United Way of Puerto Rico and share with the participants who benefit from their contributions. It also encourages teamwork and cohesion among employees.
